Side Quest Sauce was born in 2025. When 2 friends took on the journey to make the best hot sauce.

But our roots in heat and flavor started long before that. We would go around and try new sauces, we would always try the new Hot Ones menu, Hot sauce isn’t just a condiment to us, it is our way of life.

Over time, we discovered a wider world of peppers and flavors, expanding our taste pallets. When one day we decided to try and make our own sauce, without knowing it would become the catalyst for something bigger.
